Tom and his crew did an excellent job on our projects. Two spots around the house needed to be graded for proper drainage and we had them pour a driveway, seating area and sidewalk in the front. They also poured a nice patio in the back. All work was done with a keen eye for detail and Tom made several suggestions to improve the projects. He was very accommodating in spreading excess dirt to low spots in the yard and excess gravel where I wanted for a future project. All work was done on time and within budget. This is just a short note to express how much my wife and I appreciate the work and professionalism Tom Miller/ Cedar Prairie Grading did after the Derecho in Cedar Rapids. Tom extracted the stumps on over 13 trees and then cleaned out a drainage ditch to keep the water flowing in an efficient manner back to our pond. He always showed up on time and had his machinery ready to go. We could tell quickly this was not Tom's first rodeo. He almost surgically removed the stumps and extracted them like a bad tooth. Cedar Prairie Grading did a fantastic job regrading and seeding our back yard after we added an addition onto our home in 2019.
